Everyone is staying at The Royal Playa Del Carmen on Saturday, April 28th and Sunday, April 29th.  The wedding and all the festivities will be at the resort so you need to be a guest at The Royal so that you can join us for the festivities.

Then download and fill out the individual reservation form and use any App like Genius Scan to email the form to gprgroups.coord@playaresorts.com.  Make sure you ask for a confirmation email with a receipt for your room.    

 You will need to pay for your first night stay to book your room. The rest will be due 30 days prior to check in.    

Also, when booking your room, you may want to call your credit card company and tell them you are making a purchase in Mexico so that they can approve the transaction.

Flight arrangements are separate and on your own.  You will fly into Cancun.  We hear Southwest, Frontier and Spirit offer good rates. 

Finally, please make sure that your passport is current. You need a passport to get into Mexico.
